Sutor Chic Manor

Visited as tourists in the off-season and were incredibly happy with the Sutor Chic Manor hotel. The location itself is gorgeous and close to many great restaurants in the Old Town. Hotel staff were very responsive to inquires about parking, dining recommendations, and other local suggestions. We would love to come back in the summertime as the pool looked like it would be spectacular when in use. Thank you for making our stay in Rethymno memorable!

Lovely house, loved the authenticity. Also, I loved the pool area and possibility to use kitchen. All the utilities were nice addition to my stay. Very nice location! However, few things could be better for the next time: I supposed to stay in room 3, I was asigned with room 5. I know that this happens sometimes but people who entered the wrong room should be directed to their room. It was not error of the hotel but guests. Sewage and pipes should be improved a bit (smell), and AC in room 5 was nkt really working. Overall, very nice and could be great with few upgrades :)

Good things: • aesthetically pleasing • quick costumer service • good location Downsides: • need to use website outside the booking for check in that has no purpose because any guest can enter any room they want so if someone enters your room there is nothing manager can do about it • AC that is not properly working and the building is made of rock material that is making room humid and less airy • smell of the sewage in the bathroom
