Suum Bodrum Hotel & Beach Adult Only 16 Age

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Suum , with my friend and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional they made me feel at home right away. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were more than happy to accommodate a few small requests I had. You can really tell they care about guest experience. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I also appreciated the attention to detail from the complimentary water and coffee to the thoughtful lighting and amenities and even a tv. The facilities were top-notch. The pool and spa were clean and relaxing, and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. I also loved the breakfast so fast so many fresh, delicious options, and the service was excellent. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and I left feeling relaxed, happy, and eager to return. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. From the gorgeous facilities, to the diverse and delicious range of food, to our favourite part - the staff - who made us feel so welcome and as if we were at home. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard everyday and reception were so helpful if anything was forgotten. As well, reception helped us in booking taxis and answering any questions we had. We would greatly recommend the all inclusive package, which really is ALL inclusive, with as many portions of food as you want and an endless array of drinks. The staff, especially Memet, took the time and effort to learn our orders and often just bring us drinks by the poolside. As we booked through Jet2, on our final day we were also given free food and drink all day even though we checked out at 12pm. In terms of the location, it is around a 30-40 minute drive from Bodrum centre, but we saw this as a positive as it was such a quiet and relaxing area. It is a much nicer area by the hotel, than on the strip. There are some beachside restaurants near but the all inclusive food was so good we did not see a need to visit! My only suggestions for improvement would be 1. It is not very nut-friendly as a lot of dishes have pistachios, almonds etc. and it can be difficult for staff to ask for these removed. 2. Possibly a wristband system for the all inclusive so that you do not have to tell the staff your room number every time you order? Regardless, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. For those saying the staff did not speak English - many of them speak well enough to hold a conversation, and even so, you are the one in a foreign country who probably does not speak a word of Turkish. Google translate is very easy to use!!

The hotel itself is beautiful – the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the overall setting is stylish and relaxing. The pool area is a definite highlight, with comfortable loungers and a great vibe for unwinding during the day. However, I was really let down by the attitude of some of the female staff. While the hotel has a lot of potential, the service from several women on the team came across as rude and unwelcoming. It felt like basic hospitality was lacking – from cold responses to dismissive looks, which put a damper on the experience. With a bit more attention to guest relations and staff training, this place could be excellent. As it stands, I’d say it’s a lovely property but don’t expect warm service across the board.
