Been some time since last stayed in this hotel, lobby and rooms showed signs of aging. Small lobby with Starbucks by the side of building. Club lounge is simple but good views. Near to city and mrt system, bus available. Room is clean and tidy. Bed and bedding is comfortable.
This is a terrible hotel and it is a shame to suzhou. The smell of the room is so strong that it wakes me up in the midnight. I doubt if someone died in that room so they used that much detergent and sprayed a lot of strong perfume to cover. The self service breakfast buffet is terrible also. Not many choices, and some are cold. Does not worth. Suggest to avoid if possible.
In terms of cleanliness: this is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever been. Pictures attached. Not to mention tobacco smell. Never seen in a 4* hotel. Avoid Jasmine Hotel. There should be better options in Suzhou.
