Sveo Hotel İstanbul

I had a great stay at Hotel Carlton in Istanbul. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring the city. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Really I don't know where I have to begin with this kind of hotels the hospitality is very bad the front desk team is unqualified and not friendly at all to communicate the room is too small with very bad mold smell inside I changed 2 times my room to select an acceptable one and even so it was not satisfied for me but no other solution. the AC is not working well and dirty with high fan noise during operating (I cant Sleep). the bath room is too small to move inside with bad condition and need maintenance the cleanness of the room is almost acceptable The breakfast is very poor the SPA team are not qualified and not professional and honest the rate of the hotel is less than 2 stars. In general the hotel is not a good choice at all to recommended frankly speaking, really it was a very bad choice that my travel agent was recommended for me and I informed it about that due to not recommend anybody for the next time because it will be a very bad choice. Conclusion, My experience was very very bad with this hotel.

Where do I begin... The front looks very appealing. But yes that's the front. We were invited to the hotel where the room we had requested wasn't available and we're put into a different room. The shower was broken the carpet was disgusting and pretty much every surface was sticky. After enduring a conversation with reception we were moved to a different room which was better... But the carpet again hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long. The breakfast was terrible. The only positive is that it's close to the tram stop so you can leave early and not have to endure the place.
