My husband and I vacationed in this complex in June 2025. The hotel itself and the rooms, the territory and the nature deserve a solid 5*. Unfortunately, this is where all the good ends. The pump room in the hotel does not work through no fault of the hotel, so in the lobby on the table there are two small containers with mineral water and disposable cups. For the level of 5* and a mineral water resort, as hotels of this level do, it was possible to put small bottles of water in the room every day. There is no tea set in the room, which is also a huge minus. Food is a separate pain, although some praise it in the reviews. The chic appearance of the restaurant suggests a variety of menus and delicious dishes. In reality - a mediocre canteen ... The food is not tasty. Sometimes not edible at all. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is presented as a buffet. Lunch and dinner are presented as a set menu and must be ordered in advance. The names do not correspond to reality and, again, are rarely tasty. The choice of drinks for breakfast is limited to compote, uzvar and tea from bags. There is no coffee, as well as sweets for tea. Is it really so expensive to buy several types of cookies, for example, from the company "Biscotti" or others (in hotels even below 5 * there is a large variety)? There is not enough persol, so as a waiter, be prepared to see the bartender, torn between the restaurant and the bar at the same time. Sometimes an instructor comes to the aid of the restaurant, with the same inscription on the back of his T-shirt. I do not recommend the hotel due to the lack of food at the declared level of 5 * We could return only because of the privacy with nature, the coolness of the dense forest, the singing of birds, the babbling of the stream.
