I recently spent 8 weeks at the hotel on an extended work commitment. Not only staying there but also running workshops in the function rooms. I can not speak highly enough of the management and the staff for the hospitality, the professionalism and the level of genuine care I received. 8 weeks is a long stay away for family but the Plaza team made me feel welcome and treated me as if I was their family.
This is a review for Uetuu and Quinn-lee. Just wanted to shout out this power duo for providing 5 star service despite it being extremely busy during our stay. Thank you for being gracious hosts, you both left a wonderful impression on our party.
The hotel looks good but the waiters and chefs are chitchatting and talking on the phone while you are waiting for them to serve you. I waited for ice-cream for 45 minutes while i was the only one in the dining area.
