Location is convenient, and the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby otopark, which will charge a reasonable per night rate for hotel residents. Manager & owner is very supportive and freindly. Rest of the team are all kind, professional and supportive. The owner’s dog is a very sweet addition to the place. Pool is nice, and the whole hotel is cozy. Internet in the rooms too slow. Water pressure is not stable in the rooftop rooms. Bathrooms smells a little weird, a complementary air freshener would be nice to have. They charge a reasonably small fee for minibar items. Pillows are not comfortable, but mattresses are ok. All these are very minor issues which didn’t affect our stay. Overall a very nice experience.

Swan Boutique Hotel is a wonderful accomodation nestled in the beating heart of Bodrum. It is a perfect place for a weekend getaway or a lengthy family vacation. Firstly, the Hotel is managed and owned by the wonderful Merve, who never failed to make our stay exceptional. One of the most hardworking individuals we have met on our travels, Merve truly amazed us with her work ethic, enthusiasm and adoration for her job. With her brother Mert, she employs only three people: Aytul, the morning receptionist, then the housekeeper and the very experienced night receptionist. This team of 5 works arduously to make every guest feel at home and comfortable. Coco is also a great addition to making the Hotel feel like home, and is heaven for any dog lover, as this canine adores attention and will bark at you if you don't give her some love. Coco also made our stay memorable, and our pictures together will forever stay as a core Bodrum memory. The Hotel itself is a vast area that has been recently renovated. A beautiful entrance area leads to the first rooms which are the basic. Going further, the area becomes larger with the medium sized swimming pool, and a significant amount of outdoor seating which we truly used to the maximum. The bar is also present for snacks or drinks. Large garbage bins are found at the far end of the property. The Hotel also offers laundry services, with Merve usually doing the laundry, at 200 liras per piece for washing, and 200 per piece for drying. The main building, usually containing suites is large, with 4 rooms on the ground floor. The Hotel in total has 14 rooms, and was completely full upon our leave. The suites we stayed in were 102 and 104, with 2 people in each room. The rooms were considerably sized for 2, with a living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was also adequately sized. The sofa could also be converted into a bed (although this only entailed a bedsheet over it along with a pillow and blanket). The living room was equipped with a cupboard with a mini fridge (full with drinks at a price), tissues, cups and saucers, coffee machine, coffee pods, electric kettle, and tea bags along with sugar and sweetener. The entire accomodation is extremely clean and sanitized when one checks in, and lacks no amenities. There was adequate storage for all belongings along with a TV in the living room. The Hotel is wheelchair friendly and senior citizen friendly as there are no major steps or hindrances while entering. However, since it is a Ground+1 accomodation; there is no elevator meaning wheelchairs cannot access the top floor. The main attraction that pulled us to the Hotel was the location. This hotel is like the hidden treasure of Bodrum, as it is a 2 minute walk (on a slope) to the marina. It boasts proximity to some of the best restaurants in Bodrum, the main exhibit being Musto Bistro, which has raving reviews by both tourists and locals. The Hotel is truly a great accomodation all around, especially due to its extraordinary location. There are a few things that we identified that would have made our stay slightly more comfortable. Firstly, there was a lack of dishes in the room, as there were no bowls or plates, neither was there any cutlery. Moreover, due to the summer heat, the lounge would get extremely hot as there was no AC. Only one AC in the bedroom meant that while the bedroom was freezing cold, the lounge was immensely hot. We had to ask the reception for a small fan due to the heat being slightly unbearable. WiFi signals also did not reach the bedroom in Room 102. Lastly, for longer stays over perhaps 3 days, daily cleaning would have improved our stay even more. The staff does come to make the bed and wash dirty towels, but there is no deep cleaning that takes place (vaccuming etc.) All in all, Swan Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations and we truly thank everyone there for making our stay so memorable, and making my grandmother's birthday so special. It was an amazing experience and we will surely be back next summer!

The most amazing hotel with such lovely owners! We came from New Zealand and during our short stay the hotel gave us tourist recommendations, helped us with luggage storage and even helped us get to the hospital when we got an infected foot! Such a wonderful experience that made our time in Bodrum very special. The hotel itself is also lovely with new facilities and fantastic views and location. Couldn’t recommend any more highly.
