Hotel away from the crowded Jonker Street with seaview. The location is conveniently located near many eateries. The room was comfy. 2 pillows were provided. The bathroom was spacious, suitable for elderly. :) Parking in front of the hotel is free, on a first come first serve basis. Street parking is also available nearby. Recommended~~
Actually, overall in staff, cleanliness, space and everything overall seems fine. But, for me as i went here the first hour wifi and everything was grear but after that it broke down and due to the room in the place is more so it takes 19 hours to repair and get done which is still great. The 2 biggest problem, one is in the room bath area everytime turn to hot water it last 1 to 2 minutes which caused a headache. Food wise, seems fine but if you never reach in 1 or 2 hours after they open the buffet be prepared for cold food. They have, the equipment to make the food hot but none is used.
I am writing to complain about the very poor service I received from your reception staff, Mr. Lam. His attitude was very bad. He looked very unhappy and unfriendly, like he didn’t want to help at all. He didn’t seem to listen to what I needed and didn’t appear to think he was doing anything wrong. I had a problem with my car in the parking area – my tire got damaged. I believe this happened because after some maintenance work was done on the 1st floor, some blocks or items were not put back tidily and were left in the way. I even have photos with the date and time to show this. When I tried to explain this to Mr. Lam and asked for a solution because I needed to get a new tire, he didn’t check things properly. Instead, he just blamed my driving skills. He said, "This is not our wrong, the maintenance guys were just doing their work." This was very unhelpful and made me feel like the hotel doesn't care about its guests or take responsibility for issues caused by its facilities. I was really disappointed with how Mr. Lam handled this and his overall bad attitude and just ignore the case.. I hope you can look into this.
