Special thanks to the event planning team, who handled every detail with professionalism and heart. We requested a room for a Chinese tea ceremony and the team decorated the room so beautifully and thoughtfully. It felt incredibly elegant and respectful of our culture. We had a wonderful stay at Swan Experience Bali! The hotel is beautiful and has several lovely pools, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the rooms were very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to Adi, who prepared the most perfect candlelight dinner for us. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole evening felt magical. Adi’s care and attention made it a moment we’ll never forget.
