Clean, quiet, comfortable, pet friendly, 5 min to the beach and bars, what else do you need?

I went a week ago, it was truly incredible, the bed was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was excellent, it was just perfect, we will definitely go back.

We visited the accommodation as two couples on Saturday 5/7/25 with a reservation for 2 different rooms/houses. The first impression was positive as the rooms are new and beautifully decorated. Our room smelled strongly of stuffiness and humidity but I thought that if it was aired out it would be ok. During our stay (for one night fortunately) in our friends' room we found a huge cockroach (let's say it's on the ground floor) but in our room there were cobwebs in 3, 4 places with killed insects, which I cannot understand why with a simple dusting and cleaning they should not have been there. In the end, the humidity was due (as we found out in the evening when the lighting was very intense) that the large wall of the room was in the humidity and had swollen across its entire width. Finally, it had no insulation at all and the heat was unbearable. Unfortunately, our stay was not at all pleasant as we felt that it was not "as clean" as it seemed and it is a shame because these are newly built rooms and with a little effort they would actually be clean.
