Swan River Hotel

Went for the buffet breakfast on Sunday and loved it. So many tasty options and everything was fresh. The chef was super friendly and made the whole vibe really welcoming. The view by the river was beautiful and having free parking on site. We had a really nice, chill morning and will definitely be back ! can’t wait to bring the family next time. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here after a cancelled flight. Service was warm and inviting. Rooms were comfortable. Perhaps needing a revamp but certainly nice nonetheless. I really enjoyed my dinner and breakfast. Whoever the chefs are, know their skills well. Food blew me away and I was full and content ☺️

Check in staff were rude and didn't talk to us just ignored us. Hotel is extremely dated and honestly a bit grotty. Didn't get a single hour of sleep air-conditioning squealed and rattled all night, thousands of crickets from the river didn't stop all night and you can hear them through the glass clear as day . They put us in a room with contractors working next door while the rest of the hotel was dead. Constant door alarms going off and banging from other guests you can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. Can't get a drink anywhere past 8 am and to top it off they lock us in here with a gate from 12 to 6am and no one knows how to open it ? And they had the cheek to charge us $248 on the off season ! What a joke this isn't a hotel it's a motel at best will never be back
