Swanston St. Hotel Apartment

I had an amazing experience at Melbourne city hotel apartment .The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, well-designed, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was beautiful.

We spent a wonderful 5 days here. On arrival we received a complementary upgrade to an apartment with a laundry which worked out brilliant for us. The room had plenty of room and was well laid out. The complete blocks curtains ensured great sleeps, which led to a sleep in on checkout day. Fortunately for us the ever helpful reception staff were awesome enough to allow us to have a late check-out. Great location, only a small walk to the tram and city. Friendly cafe nearby and lovely and quiet, especially when considering how close to the city. Very good amenities and nice and clean. Would definitely recommend to any couples coming to Melbourne.

The service of the room was excellent. I had started to load the dishwasher but was waiting til had enough to start it they had put our breakfast dishes in and started it came back from a outing and they were done. Bed is very comfortable. It's nice to come back to a warm room after cold night. Room has everything you need for cooking. we did not use any of them as we ate out at night. Has toaster,kettle,coffee pod machine plus instant coffee and teas that are replenished every morning if used. Very secured need your room card to into building via front doors after 9.00pm. I would have no hesitation booking here again in the future. Great job guys.
