Swat Serena Hotel

The team at Swat Serena is very welcoming and responsive. We were greeted with drinks immediately on arrival, and then escorted to our rooms. The overall architecture and design aesthetic of the facility is warm and vintage. Fresh fruit was awaiting in a pleasantly fragrant room. We spent the evening by the pool, where the kids enjoyed their time, and in the evening we went out for a walk in the lush green and beautifully landscaped lawns of the facility. At dinner we were greeted by very hospitable staff, and the food was fresh and according to our taste. Enjoyed our stay a lot, will visit again.

I recently stayed at Swat Serena Hotel during a trip to Swat, and it was a truly memorable experience. Located in Saidu Sharif, the hotel blends traditional Swati architecture with modern comfort. The warm welcome, smooth check-in, and professional staff set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all necessary amenities. The serene garden views and peaceful environment added to the overall charm. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the local specialties like chapli kebab and trout. Dining outdoors with views of the valley was a highlight. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and security, and the staff were always helpful, even arranging local sightseeing trips. Though slightly premium in price, the experience and service make it well worth it. Swat Serena is more than a hotel — it’s a gateway to experiencing the beauty and culture of Swat.

Beautiful hotel. Will remind you of the old colonial times. Beautiful gardens. Great food. We did not stay but only had lunch. Location only got 3 stars as the outside of the hotel is just dirty, hectic city. Though once inside the gates you are transported to a different place and era.
