This hotel has so much potential, and I think once they have some details pinned down, it’ll be amazing. We had a good time here, as we were out most of the time. As expected, the hotel serves locals looking to host their Christmas parties here, in all fairness it’s December and this is the Philippines. While staying here (3 nights), there was an event every day including our wedding celebration. The resort also sells day passes to locals so you may see non guest using the pool. During our stay, we had breakfast which was good. The service and hospitality are great, just needs sharpening.

First and definitely the last. Hopefully they give guests equal treatment next time hindi yung ibibigay yung room sa bagong guest just because "artsita" yung bisita? Apparently, the owner just gives away rooms to people randomly also based on status. Some of my family members had to sleep sa van sobrang pagod pa sa byahe from cavite to find that only one room nalang ang available and kailangan pa namin magsiksikan sa mainit na kwarto with two electric fans just because sira ang inverter sa room for 8000 per night. We booked 2 rooms, 1 month in advance with downpayment then binigay nalang yung supposed rooms namin to other guests na mas maaga daw dumating kasi the owner thought hindi na kami dadating. There is no receptionist in their establishment, only the owner and few of their staff. The owner seems to make a habit out of giving rooms to other people without prior notice and "keeps mixing up dates of reservations" having only a small facility and only 8 rooms to manage. They promised us 2 rooms the following day after magcheckout nung guest at sinabi na nililinisan nalang and pwede na lumipat maya maya just to have it given away to another new comer TV personality, nawalan ulit ng proper room ang family ko for another night just to accommodate said artista. The owner offered her room and a discount in place of the room given to them few minutes after they said na pwede na lumipat sa room na supposedly saamin. Maybe if the goal was to advertise the place, next time do not accept guests if paiba iba ang booking because at the end of the day pagod ang mga tao at bumyahe pa ng malayo para dayuhan ang resort ninyo just to find out that the supposed reserved room ay nabibigay sa iba without early notice. Di sana we booked a different hotel for our holy week vacation. Even the breakfast is not planned well we were given yesterday's java rice and 1 piece of spam and sibuyas na may konting itlog at kamatis with 3in1 coffee as complimentary mealan nothing else. The other day was 1/4 piece of fried fish with the same rice and sides. Thank you Sweet Caroline Resort sa downgrade experience for holy week. Won't be coming back anytime soon.
