Hotel is being renovated so we couldn’t enjoy their lobby but will be great once completed. We got there from our flight like 7am with the idea to drop the bags and enjoy the city; to our surprise, they were able to accommodate us in a room by 9am and even offered free breakfast while waiting. This is what going above and beyond really means

I stayed at this hotel and honestly had a great experience. The hotel’s in a sleek, modern building down in the Docklands, and the vibe is super chill. One of my favorite parts was the leisure center — there’s a pool, sauna, and even a spa if you’re in the mood to treat yourself. My room was clean, modern, and way more spacious than I expected. It just felt really comfortable. Plus, the price was totally fair for what you get. Location-wise, it’s in a quiet area but still just a 15-minute walk to the city center, which was perfect for me — close enough to all the action, but far enough to relax. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a joke. First, when you arrive, they tell you there's no room yet, and take your luggage. 10 min. later, there's a room but they don't know where your luggage is. THEN: you get woken up by someone drilling in the room next to yours at 8 am. 8.20, I complain, wait, then speak to someone. (They also have massive construction outside the hotel). Can change rooms, breakfast offered: cool, but lack of sleep and time wasted. (Even later since you have to repack and unpack). Then, one of them (managers) first denies the work to my friend, but then promises work won't start before 10 in the new area the next day. Well, the next day I got woken up by someone...hammering at 8 am (it went on), and people drilling before 10 while I'm trying to read and relax. (I have proof). So, obviously the "manager" wasn't right. What a complete joke. The breakfast area and other premises have nothing "luxurious", it's just plain common, no charm, no windows. The staff at the reception is nice but that's not enough given what we pay and what they promise. If you want something charming and calm, go away.
