Room #3 was cosy, but was as described. I would have liked a small rod to hang up my clothes. It was clean, quiet and I felt safe, even at night. I like that it felt secluded but was just minutes away from lots of restaurants and a grocer/liquor store. The view was lovely at dawn and dusk.
Beautiful retreat! We stayed at Swiss 49 and loved it! The house was like new! Very clean and modern. It had everything that we needed for a great getaway! A beautifully landscaped yard welcomed us and the interior is lovely! There is a gorgeous, well maintained pool with all of the chairs and towels you would need. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with the clean, comfortable living areas, a great kitchen and a gorgeous lanai perfect for relaxing and entertaining! It was very easy to unwind and enjoy our time at this private rental. Located just minutes from shops, restaurants the very cute town of Clermont! Don't miss the Farmer's Market!
We’ve rented from Swiss Vacation Houses for the last 4 years. The houses are sometimes a little tired but the location is unbeatable. We have always found Katty and her team to be very responsive to addressing issues as and when they arise. We’ve already booked again for next year.
