My stay at Swiss-Belcourt Hotel Bogor was exceptional and a breath of fresh air. My 2 children really enjoyed every bit of their stay, the receptionist was caring with a smile. Falah went out of his way to make all went well. My only complain is that the breakfast could be a bit more hot and fruits could be more fresh. Always room for improvement Thank you🙏

The pool and restaurant surrounds are fantastic. However, the pool has been green for 2 days of this week. Algae is not good for your health. Previously, the cleaner came every night. Now I rarely see him. The pool needs more chemicals and cleaning. This is only a recent change, so I'm not sure whether an accountant decided to save some money. Adults and children swim in this pool daily. Friday night, before the weekend, the pool had algae blooms on the bottom of the pool. This is a health risk. Please fix it.
