We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nites during Ied Mubarak. Staff are all friendly. It has cafe at the lobby. The location is superb! Near to clothing stores, cafes and mall. The room was spacious, hot shower OK. Wifi OK, but not speed enough to watch netflix in my phone :) Breakfast was taste good. They cooked many food and the replacement was quite speedy. They even have indomie noodle stand. However, they reduced choices in third day we stay when the holiday is over and maybe due to less guests. The swimming pool was nice and clean, they have billiard table as well and cafe near the pool area.

Welcomed by Mba Sheyna in FO. Impressed how they well managed my bookings for my wife's birthday. The double deluxe room beyond my expectation. Food was great, with lot of cuisine options. Kids splash party at pool was cheer kids up. Will come back & stay here for kind of short staycation later. Thanks swissbell.

Stayed in this hotel and got a super bad service from the receptionist. My room was booked by the host conduting a meeting in this hotel. Its a two-day workshop. 28 July 2025. Checked in at 11.00 PM. The receptionist mentioned that he only booked the room for 1 night and I need to exchange the card key the next day. He didn't mention about when do I need to change the key. 29 July 2025. 10 a.m. My mum stayed at the room. I was at the meeting room. The receptionist called my mum for at least 4 times saying that we have to move to another room., because another customer is checking in and need to have the room cleaned. They said that we stay in deluxe, while the booking for superior (not sure the exact room type) We did not ask for an upgrade. This is so rude and unacceptable way of treating customer. Asking us to checkout and move to antother room immediately before the check out time. Even if they eventually cancel it, but calling us for more than 3 times, insisting to move is so unacceptable
