Wow! My recent stay at Swiss-Belhotel Jambi was truly impressive. The room was exceptionally clean and wonderfully spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The service was great, with staff members being attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the experience even more pleasant. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of a culinary area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore various dining options and enjoy the local food scene. I highly recommend Swiss-Belhotel Jambi for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-serviced accommodation with an excellent location.

I had a great stay overall—comfortable room and friendly staff. There was just a small glitch with the early breakfast box I requested. I initially asked for it to be ready by 5:30 a.m., but the staff kindly offered to prepare it as early as 4:30 a.m., which I appreciated. On the morning of my departure, I called the front office around 4:30 a.m. to confirm, and they reassured me it was ready. However, when I came down at 5:00 a.m., the breakfast box wasn’t there—it turned out the one prepared was for another guest. I was admittedly a bit upset at the time, especially since I had reconfirmed earlier. But looking back now, it’s possible I had actually requested the box for 5:30 a.m. that day, so it might have been a miscommunication on both sides. To Mas Oki and Mas Ernaz—I hope you read this. I'm sorry if I came across too harshly in the moment. Thank you again for your efforts and hospitality. Will be back again.

Stayed here after my flight from Australia. I stayed for one night and booked the twin deluxe room. I was upgraded by the lovely receptionist to a bigger room and and bigger bed and my family’s stay was comfortable. Everything was great! Would have preferred more variety in the food being served at breakfast but nonetheless a stay worthwhile.
