Swiss Belhotel Karawang

Room was nice and comfy. Stayed here for a training for a week. The meeting room was nice. Just some audio problem at emerald room (unfortunately the audio system issue went across for 4 days i think). Service was okay i suppose. Other than the audio issue, everything went good. Oh. We asked the staff on the first day if the cables that were placed in the middle of the room floor can be arranged lebih mepet ke meja so that it wont be sumber orang kesandung, which some almost did, but no one really fell fortunately. But it was still placed in the mid of the room the whole time we used the meeting room. Anyway, by the last day of our training, a staff, Mba Sami (i hope i didnt get the name wrong) asked me if there were any issues during our stay and event. I said the audio thing and she said, if there were any issues, we can just go to the receptionist and a staff will help us. Well, i wish i knew that the first day LOL. anyway. Overall, nice stay and event. Good food. Wish we had more varieties of sweet snacks other than cakes :) thank you swissbellin!

The rooms are quite spacious, clean and tidy. Various tv channels and comfort bed. The breakfast have many option and the taste are nice.

I had a beautiful time in this hotel and their service is very nice. Thank you Kamalia and Asya for your beautiful hospitality. Very good management.
