Swiss Belhotel Lampung

Swiss-Belhotel Lampung is a perfect place to unwind after a long road trip. We were truly happy to relax here—the room was comfortable, the service was great, and the atmosphere felt peaceful after hours on the road. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to many of our favorite local culinary spots, making it easy to grab good food without traveling far. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is warm and welcoming. It’s definitely a great choice for both rest and convenience when visiting Lampung.

I stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Lampung for a two-day solo business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and even offered me a complimentary welcome coffee upon learning I had traveled all the way from Banjarmasin. That thoughtful gesture made a great first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, suitable for business travelers. However, I believe the bathroom could be improved with the addition of a water bidet, which would enhance comfort for guests used to it. Breakfast had its ups and downs. I was a bit disappointed to find that sausages weren't part of the buffet, as I usually enjoy them with potato wedges. Fortunately, the fried kwetiau and chicken porridge were both delicious and helped make up for the absence of my usual favorites. There was also a wide selection of coffee, which looked tempting, though I didn’t get the chance to try them this time. All in all, a solid stay with friendly service and good food. I’d consider returning, especially if small touches like the toilet amenities are improved.
