The room is neat, quite spacious and fresh after the rennovation. Some thorough cleaning is needed though, there are some dust in the corner. Upon check in was informed that the non-smoking room was not available despite of the request when we did the booking. But the receptionist, nadya was very helpful and sort out the issue so we can have the non smoking room as per our request. Overall, value for money, good hospitality and strategic location

I came here for a 2-day weekend workshop, attending from 8 AM to 9 PM each day. I’d like to review the meeting room and the food provided by the hotel. The meeting room was on the 9th floor. The service was good, the room was spacious, and it was conveniently located near the restrooms. The seminar equipment was decent. There was a minor sound issue on the first day, but it was quickly fixed. Since the workshop ran all day, we had two coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner. Coffee was self-serve using a machine with various options, which was nice. The snacks were tasty like cakes, pizza, pastries, and more. Lunch and dinner were served at the restaurant on the ground floor. It’s a clean, spacious place with a modern design. The food was buffet-style with a wide selection. On the first day, I found the food a bit tasteless, but on the second day, it was really delicious. There were always pasta dishes, Indonesian food, beef, chicken, fish, and a variety of desserts. One suggestion: the drinking glasses were tiny, shot glasses, so I had to go back and forth just to stay hydrated. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for seminars. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic in South Jakarta, close to Lebak Bulus Trans Jakarta and MRT station, making it easily accessible by public transport. The parking space is decent, not huge, but I always found an empty spot.

Location is good. Located in Pondok Indah, near to malls and public transportation. Room is good, not too old. All clean. But not with the service and facilities. Water heater wasn’t working for the entire hotel. The worst part is that the management wasn’t informing regarding the issues, there was not written information provided nor compensation at all. Besides, parking area was a nightmare in raining conditions. No basement area, so guests need to walk using umbrella in the middle of heavy thunderstorms rain. Such a bad experience for a 4 stars hotel located in prestigious area of Jakarta.
