Swiss Belhotel Serpong

I stayed here for a business trip. Overall, the hotel is excellent with outstanding service. I was assisted during check-in by Ms. Indah, and the process was fast and she provided clear and detailed information. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was complete, comparable to a 4-star hotel. What I liked even more is that Swiss-Belhotel Serpong has direct access to the toll road, which really helped me save time. Next time, I plan to bring my family to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Serpong.

Pleasant experience to stay in Swisbel Serpong, the roomand bathroom are always clean with nice temperature. The front office staff are warm and welcoming especially ms agnes, dinda indah. Thank you for the great services

My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The food was terrible — the rice was dry and tasted like leftovers. Definitely not up to hotel standards. Things got worse during the event I was hosting. The hotel’s event management was a complete mess. Out of nowhere, we were told to wrap up early because the room had been booked for another event — by a different marketing team. Zero coordination between their own staff. The banquet team wasn’t helpful either. Instead of assisting us, they pressured us to leave with an intimidating attitude. To top it all off, there was a big sign at the hotel stating they hadn’t paid their taxes — which felt incredibly unprofessional and unsettling. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
