Swiss Belhotel Woolloongabba Brisbane

Really enjoyed my experience here. Staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Room was so clean, spacious. Buffet was decent There is parking across the street for $10 which I found useful as I didn’t wanna pay $35 for one night lol. Overall it may look bland on the outside but very beautiful inside. Definitely will be back :)

Excellent customer service from Denise on the front desk. Beautiful rooms, clean and as described. Amazing view from roof top. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for short stays in Brisbane.

Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. We booked as a “day stay” On the webpage it is advertised as pool inclusive use. During the booking process it also requested more details about the purpose of our stay which I specified was to have a pool day. We checked in at 9am, enjoyed the buffet breakfast and went to scope out the pool. The bottom of the plunge pool was very dirty and the jets were unable to be turned on with “maintenance required” seen on the settings screen. We approached the concierge at 9:30 and asked when the pool would be cleaned so we could use it. We were told they would contact maintenance and let us know. By 11:30 the pool was still not cleaned and no further information if it would happen at all. We checked out at this time. Overall it was a very expensive experience to not be able to use the services promised upon booking. Additionally, the restaurant and bar are open very limited hours, which are not specified before booking
