I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Bogor! The rooms were really nice, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The service was excellent from the start; we were greeted with warm smiles and felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kak Irma, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Her attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The food at the hotel was another highlight — they serve a great selection of Indonesian dishes that truly showcase local flavors. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Bogor exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

A beautiful, comfortable hotel. Great service, clean, professional staff. The pool is big and well maintained. Everything is well taken care of. Strategic location, easy to get around with many restaurants, supermarket, and other necessities nearby. Unfortunately the wifi is slow, hopefully they can change the network for an improvement. Also, parking should be free for taxi pick up + drop off. Edit: I decided to reduce the stars due to a very poor post-stay customer service. The staff were pestering me and my husband for 5 stars reviews. We gave 3-4 stars initially, with honest and polite attitude, but then they accused my husband of lying for staying there. Please note, the wifi is unusable, def not suitable for working/business travelers. We used our mobile network and had to go to coffee shops for online meetings. It would be great if the staff being properly trained of how to receive and respond to feedback.

EDIT: Alex, be wiser before putting public reviews. The image of your business is being affected. I stayed for 4 nights and the reservation number is 32415SF016516. You won't find records of my complains because your staff did not register them and did not response to them. Have a great day and good luck creating and buying those accounts. Nice decorated hotel with good amenities: large pool open from 6:00 to 18:00, 24 hours basic gym with nice views of gunung Salak and comfortable room. Also a restaurant but overpriced, many other restaurants on the same street to eat better for less. However there are few drawbacks that make me give 3 stars considering the price you pay for a night: -Internet is very bad. Weak connection and unstable. From 10 to 20 mbps, impossible to work. -To enter the hotel you need to pay for parking. Later (when I asked) they told me that reporting your room number you can get free access but I already paid for it. It is very strange anyway. - There is no pedestrian walk to the street. You need to go beyond the fences of the parking. They are forced to use cars to go in and out which is very uncomfortable. - Leaving the hotel they asked to put a review, all good. Then they asked to give 5 stars which is very dishonest. They don't want reviews they want 5 stars. - Skim the reviews to notice that most of them are fake. So you can understand the rating and number. Now I doubt the honesty of it. Overall it is a good hotel. You pay for it too. However the access and internet are basics that are below the 4 stars they hold. And the fake reviews show their dishonesty on customer feedback. This review will be hidden in a few minutes by 4/5 fake profiles 5 stars review.
