Strategic location, good service. Can consider providing more chairs at the restaurant to accommodate guest. Overall, we had a good stay here. 👍🏻
Room not well maintained. Especially bathroom with no proper sewerage system, causes unpleasant smell. Bath towel not kept clean, colors already greyish. Apart, it actually has a very strategic location with awesome mountain view at the breakfast hall and a mall attached to it.
Been staying on tower 1 and now tower 2, i could say it just so stupid that you have to walk 100m in outdoor to have your breakfast. Every year i spent 15 mill or more on this hotel and turns out tower 2 is like LOW CLASS TOWER, smelly toilets (really smell bad it just like go to pub toilet and smell piss), stain on towel. The lobby has no cold temperatures and lift not even have aircon. They had bricks view outdoor, i fell not safe to sleep with curtain open. I would never stay at this hotel ever again. If i have to, i will choose tower 1 (you will see the big difference)
