Favorite hotel in city center area. Within walking distance of Tunjungan Plaza, so it’s easy to get everything you want. Room is clean. It’s a basic hotel, sufficient if you need to stay somewhere in Surabaya city center.
When I was staying at Swiss Bel Inn Tunjungan, my husband forgot his bag during breakfast hour and left it in the breakfast room. We realized that in the afternoon and contacted the receptionist, turns out the bag was secured safely and we could get the bag back without anything missing. Wow, very impressive, we thank the hotel management, you guys are the best!
Nice place to stay, great service. Staff is amazing. If you know the standard Asian hospitality service, this is top notch all around. Can't get enough good word for this place. Location is perfect. 👍👍👍
