Swiss Belresidences Juffair

I had a wonderful experience at the Swiss Belresidwnces. The premium amenities with indoor pool and game rooms are attraction for families. Main reception desk is very friendly and do their best to make their guests experience comfortable and relaxing. I loved the ambience and its location in Juffair. I have attended few Live Art events there. It's a perfect place for staycation. Thank you

My greetings to the management of the upscale Swiss Hotel. It was a fun and beautiful day, especially the upscale hotel. The hospitality at the event was excellent, and the place brings all people together for beautiful relaxation. Thanks to the staff for the beautiful supervision.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I booked a premium suite with 2 rooms and a sea view . They sent me the confirmation and stated the check-in time was 3 PM . I arrived at 5:30 PM , but they told me the room was not ready. They offered me a smoking room , while my reservation was for a non-smoking room —so why should I expect that? They gave me another room, but when I checked, it didn’t have a sea view and only had one room! The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She simply told me, “We have a smoking room; you can check it and smell it!” Excuse me, is that how you deal with customers? At the end of this discussion, I was told the room would take time to be ready. When I asked her when it would be ready, she said she didn’t know and that I was just waiting! I wanted a specific time for when I could be in my room, but she said I’d be waiting 40 minutes . Keep in mind that I arrived more than 2 hours past the check-in time!
