Had a lovely romantic dinner at this beautiful hotel, even though we didn’t stay overnight, everything was beyond expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, the place was clean, cozy, and very calming. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the security team at the lobby. The service throughout dinner was excellent, especially from Mas Samuel, who was not only kind and friendly but also took amazing photos of us! Truly a memorable night filled with love and beautiful memories. Thank you for making it so special on my birthday.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the food — absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes from breakfast to dinner. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. What made my experience even better was the excellent service from Mas Jun. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. His warm hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. If I ever visit this city again, I’ll definitely choose to stay here once more. Big thanks to Mas Jun and the entire hotel staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what was shown in the pictures. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, random people came knocking on our door early in the morning around 5 AM, which felt very unsafe and disturbing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. It seemed like they didn’t care about the guests’ comfort or privacy at all. For the price they charge, the quality of service and cleanliness was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless the management takes serious steps to improve security, hygiene, and train their staff properly.
