Swiss Belresort Belitung

We are a family of five and stayed here for 4D3N. The hotel is located not too far from the airport. We booked the ocean view rooms , they were spacious and clean. There was a pool facing directly to the ocean. The staffs were friendly and helpful (they arranged a sweet birthday surprise for our son). Overall; we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Belitung Island..

the best experience staying at the swissbel hotel. greeted by reception and security staff who were very friendly and helpful. We helped with transportation arrangements. Belitung's largest swimming pool, clean and beautiful. there is direct access to the beach, there is an amazing honey house. the gym is spacious and well equipped. delicious food, clean, well maintained. All the restaurant staff and chefs are friendly. clean room, very good view. the lobby atmosphere is pleasant and calm. This hotel provides an amazing family atmosphere. I will come back here to stay.

The hotel has good facilities overall, but it's not on the beachfront. You have to walk to the port opposite, where you can't swim. The nearest beach is a 15-minute drive away. The electronic music they play by the pool in the afternoon is awful; it should be more relaxing and chillout. The staff is very friendly.
