Unfortunately for an European most of the Arab hotels are extremely noisy. There was no exception here. Otherwise, except one lady at the reception who charged us way more than booking, because we tried to bring this noise issue into discussion, all the staff is extremely nice, we 've got even an upgrade to the room, trying to solve the noise issue. With no succes, alas.
The front desk were helpful to adjust my stay as family,for adjoining rooms.I must give them due credit for this.We did check out late without any penalty.Staff were helpful as much as they could help.
Not as described at booking.com - room services very bad. - room furniture is very old and need maintenance - restaurants not working - no laundry service - i asked for a smoking room but when checked in i found no ashtray - no Tissue paper inside the room Not recommended for any person ad you can find better service with less value. 😡😡😡😡
