Review for Swiss Flora Royal Hotel, Riyadh I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss Flora Royal Hotel in Riyadh while Iwason business trip, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding service provided by all the staff, both at the front office and behind the scenes. A special thanks to Mr. Bilal for his exceptional hospitality and attention to detail; he truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were fantastic—spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The food was another highlight; the variety and quality of the dishes offered were remarkable. Each meal was a delightful experience that showcased both local and international flavors. The cleanliness of the hotel areas was commendable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay. Overall, Swiss Flora Royal Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning soon!

One of the worst experience I have ever had, arrived at the entrance of the hotel with my car , waited for someone to come and help but I could only see a security playing with his phone behind a desk , left the car at the entrance walked in to the reception and the only person there had his earphones on with his face down watching a movie or something , anyway I waived , yelled , but no luck till the security heard me then came behind the desk to ask him to check me in , checked in and the same person helped me up with the luggage the I asked them if they offer any laundry and he said yes and will send you someone .. , of course no one came and can’t call the reception cause the two phones in the suite doesn’t work , so I tried to use my phone and call the hotel main line , of course no answer . I am on the twelves floor and it feels that I am sleeping right on the highway from the noise , cause the windows doesn’t have any insulation what so ever . The “excutive suite”is beat up in every way and need a total renovation.. pillows are hard as a rock … unbelievable experience to say the least..
