This is a perfect hotel for families with kids. The pools are huge but the water playground needs to be maintained further as some of the pool tiles are broken which is dangerous. However, the infinity pool side is good. The location of this hotel is ideal as there’s a 24 hours Indian coffee shop where you can have your meals anytime. There is also an Oceanarium within the mall which my family really enjoyed. The rooms are big and clean but I just hoped that the water could have been a little hotter. The breakfast was sumptuous and I was amazed that the breakfast timing as till 12pm daily. Overall, I would say a perfect hotel for families!

Came here during school holiday. The pool a bit crowded. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was smooth, not so many varieties but delicious. Easy check out. Just drop your card inside the box. Check in also quite fast. This was my second stay.

Booked this hotel for a spontaneous trip, mainly because it’s a well-known brand — figured it would be a safe choice. The location is definitely a plus, with plenty of food options within walking distance. However, the parking situation was quite inconvenient. Free guest parking is only available on levels 7 and 8, which made it troublesome, especially if you plan to rest and head out again later. While the room is spacious, it’s clear that maintenance could be improved. There was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, leaving the floor wet after each use. Overall, while it served the purpose for a short stay, I’d likely explore other options if I were to visit Melaka again.
