My experience at Grey Stone Residence was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Additionally, the facilities, such as the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. Overall, the residence provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it to others.

SCAM! We booked a room with two beds and were given a room with only one bed and a dirty, old mattress behind the curtain, with no sheets or bed base. They expected me to sleep on the floor when the room clearly stated it included a single bed and a double bed. When we arrived and complained, they made us wait over 24 hours to give us another room, supposedly the correct one. They didn’t refund even a portion of the payment, despite the fact that we spent more than a day (out of the three we had booked) dealing with the issue. The staff was extremely rude. A complete scam.

I've checked out on 9th March 2025 and they said will refund on 5th to 7th working day after check-out. But until now they didn't refund me yet and agoda's customer service is not helping. This property whatsapp's admin didn't response well and left me hanging. They only said will need another 48 hours to investigate. Investigate what? I've already provided the bank account, bank name and the detail they needed for the refund process. Upon check-in, we cannot use the iron because the plug is not matching to the power plug. Also, the iron board also didn't have any cover. The television also cannot be use, including the kitchen. I need my refund. 21/3/2025 Latest update : I haven't receive my refund yet 👎 very bad service. They just know how to promised to refund, but they are not doing it. This is so frustrating!
