I stayed at this hotel in August 2025. The main entrance was still under renovation, but the hotel had set up an alternative entrance and bag drop before you could reach the lobby. The lobby was spacious and well-designed, and it must have been recently renovated. Check-in was a breeze, and we were given a sea view room. It was gorgeous – spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the latest touches. The room had a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and pool area. The customer service desk even called our room to make sure we were settled in. The beach was just a short walk from the pool, and it was nice and clean. The pool area was also well-maintained. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant because we were too lazy to drive. The food was okay, but we were hoping for bigger portions. Luckily, the cafe offered a 50% discount on cakes. The breakfast spread was good with lots of choices. Even though it was just for one night, it was still a memorable experience. It was the perfect night for a relaxing getaway.
had a delightful dining experience. the food was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. each dish felt like it was made with care. the staff, especially Yaniee, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. their warm smiles and helpful recommendations made the meal even more enjoyable. definitely a place worth coming back to for both the taste and the hospitality 🤍
The hotel has a nice ambience even though it's still under renovation. The room was new and comfortable, and the bed was great. However, we had a bad experience with most of the staff, except for the foreign workers who helped with our luggage and did room service. When we arrived, there was an older male staff (cabin man) and we asked if we needed to carry our own luggage up the stairs (since the lift wasn’t working due to renovation). He replied rudely and didn’t even offer to help. Thankfully, when we checked in, the receptionist said they could assist. Big thanks to the foreign worker who helped us. We paid hundreds for one night, but the service didn’t reflect that at all. The staff seriously lack basic politeness when dealing with guests as I brought my child into the gym not even for 5 minutes, just to look around, we didn’t use any equipment, but the older staff member asked us to leave in unprofessional manner. Overall, the hotel is okay, more suitable for a casual family stay. But if you're expecting premium service, this might not be the place. The management really needs to train their staffs better because the service should match the price we’re paying.
