Swiss Grand Nanchang

We check in late evening, assigned to Room 3202 for a night stay on 31 October 2024. It is double bed room , well set up all the necessary amenities, has bathtub with window view and a shower cubicle. Room is comfortable , nice and clean, good working desk/chair for business use but we prefer to have 2 sofa chairs to accommodate us. Room has the cityscape and River Gan view. Breakfast Café is tastefully set up, signages on food counters displayed and service is good. A 5 star hotel with all outlets and facilities , and conveniently located near Tengwang Pavilion. However we do not have much time to enjoy its facilities, it is indeed a great hotel to stay in Nanchang!!!!!

This is a fabulous Hotel with great Accommodation and friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is Google has located it in the wrong place as it is actually beside the Tang Wan Pavilion and not in the River. A Taxi will find it for you.

We wanted to have a whisky at the lobby bar and instead of Johnny Walker Black Label, we received a tea in a whisky glass. We raised the issue and the answer was “we are sorry”. No adequate managers answer or apologise. We would never visit that place again.
