Swiss Hotel

This place is a time machine, a step back into a genteel world that is rarely experienced nowadays. Beautiful decor, multiple levels connected by a myriad of rickety staircases, interesting and delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Do check out the rooftop terrace.

OUR Favourite cozy hotel in Lviv. Good parking. Just beautiful rooms, restaurant and the staff is really helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

It didn’t meet our expectations. We booked a comfort room, which was indeed spacious, but quite dark and stuffy. Somehow we were given the room under the roof with a tilted ceiling, where you can hit your head when you go to bed and very small windows with the view at another window - that was a big disappointment. The decor of the room was also nothing like in the photos on booking or their website. The bathroom is big and has enough light, but the toiletries are very cheap and no hair conditioner was provided. There is an elevator in the hotel but it doesn’t go to all the floors or rooms. The staircases are quite old and the steps are narrow, mind it if you have any trouble walking. On the checkout we weren’t even asked if we liked our stay. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is good, bed is quite comfortable (the pillows are a bit outdated and the blanket is rather small for the bed, though) and we were given an iron on request. I will not choose this hotel for my next stay in Lviv.
