We were on a delayed flight with Ethiopian airlines and they put us up in this hotel. The service from the person at the airport to the driver to the bellboy and the reception at the hotel was fantastic. The room we got was great. Breakfast was full of a variety of different foods and drinks. All I can say it was a fantastic experience
Am here spending my romantic dna enjoyable times here in NEXUSS Hotal in Addis. What a wowww... hospitality srvices am being served. It's my first LUXURY Hotels to be hosted and enjoying eith its services. But, i recommend the management to review reception area hospitality and ventilation of few rooms. 🙏
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction following an incident that occurred today at around 12:00 AM during my transit at your hotel, Swiss Inn Nexus, Addis Ababa. I was hungry and went outside to purchase food, as I did not like the meal provided by your restaurant. Upon returning, the security personnel presented me with a food waiver form to sign so that I could bring the food into my room. I agreed to take full responsibility and was ready to sign the waiver, as instructed by security. However, the hotel manager refused to allow me this basic right, stating that only special guests are allowed such privileges, and that I am not a special person. His words were deeply disrespectful, humiliating, and discriminatory, making me feel like I was worth less than other guests – simply because I may not look important or tall in stature. What shocked me even more is that he clearly told me to go eat my food on the side of the road, despite the fact that I was a paying guest in transit, carrying my luggage, and fully cooperative with hotel procedures. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of hospitality or human dignity. This person does not know who I am, where I come from, or the values I stand for. I kindly request that sincere and appropriate measures be taken against this staff member, so that no other guest has to go through such degrading treatment in the future.
