Exceptional hospitality! Welcoming attitude of all the staff especially of the Hotel manager/concierge Mohammad Sarhan. Kid friendly. Not crowded. I got a certain laid back and a 2nd home feeling at this hotel! It was a very relaxing and a refreshing stay. Keep it up! May your hotel prosper and flourish.
Never again!!!!!!! I got lied to by the night shift clerk and receptionist. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat my wife and I. Here is the full story: I booked a king bed room for 2 through Agoda. When I checked in they gave me a double bed ( I asked them specifically for a king bed and they said it is a king bed, and that was a lie), We woke up feeling horrible from the bed it was absolutely awful and uncomfortable) When we woke up, I went to the reception and told them what happened. They were apologetic and they told me they will give me an upgrade for the mistake. The room itself was an upgrade ( bigger with a king bed) But it was in the middle of a construction zone ( see video) it is absolutely so noisy and 0 sound isolation I dare you to sleep Worst hotel experience Never coming back again
Very poor service experience - destroyed my shirt during laundry. And service is always slow and take a lot of time to execute. Very poor WiFi as well
