Swissotel Buyuk Efes Izmir

We have been staying here every time we visit Izmir. Everything is top quality and all members of the crew are extremely kind and welcoming. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the hotel and the feeling stays the same your whole trip. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The food is top quality and the variety is great too. The kids love both the indoor and the outdoor pools. The gym is fully equipped and everything is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is immaculate and absolutely beautiful. It deserves the Michelin rating. I travel the world for work and have stayed at many hotels, this one definitely stood out. It has a rooftop restaurant/ bar /patio, which was a perfect way to end the night. The front desk check-in experience was interesting… the English wasn’t the best. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The bag men were wonderful and took care of everything. The wait staff at breakfast were amazing, especially Arda. He’s young and did such a great job serving us our never ending coffee.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations! Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception, Atakan, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He not only handled our check-in efficiently but also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. It was also my birthday and he arranged such a nice surprise for us!! His warm attitude and helpfulness truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. This hotel defines luxury in every sense—elegant design, impeccable service, and top-tier amenities.
