The hotel itself is excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff on each floor and in the lobby are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight: great variety, fresh food, and incredibly attentive service. The omelet and drinks station staff even remember my order every morning. Truly 5-star hospitality!
I had a truly wonderful stay From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I felt so comfortable and happy with the service throughout my visit. I especially want to thank the duty manager her attitude was exceptionally professional, and she treated me with such care and kindness. There was a moment when I needed help with adjusting my ihram and later with my tie, and they came right away and did their absolute best to assist me. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture that I truly appreciated. The guest service and room service teams were also excellent. Everything was smooth and made me feel at home. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable experience!
My recent stay at crown plaza jeddah was exceptional. One of your staff named Mr afiz is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was also ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
