Swissotel Krasnye Holmy Moscow

The hotel is beautiful; I stayed there for 5 days. The rooms are large and spacious, and the service is excellent. The hotel’s security is high, and the security staff are excellent. The breakfast staff are cooperative, and the service is great, but the breakfast, for us as Arabs, needs improvement and more halal food options. Most of the hotel guests during the summer holiday are Arabs, yet most of the breakfast items are not halal. Considering the price, the breakfast is very expensive and not worth the high cost.

The hotel is very excellent, but its location requires transportation to any place you will go to, you will miss the pleasure of walking to tourist places, unless you do not care about that, I would rate the hotel 5 stars because it truly deserves it, but there is an employee named Anastasia, she does not deal with professionalism, she lacks it, during my stay at the hotel when I ask any employee I am met with a smile and welcome and the explanation is detailed, but Anastasia does not want that, she will meet you with a frowning face and deal with it rudely, while I was talking to her there was a woman who had just arrived at the hotel and asked her about the bathrooms and she deliberately ignored her as if she did not hear, and the worst of that is what happened to me in my room on the day of my departure, at 12 noon I was surprised by her entering my room and telling me to get out now, my answer to her was that I had asked an employee, unfortunately I forgot his name, when I could leave the hotel and he answered me at 2 pm, based on that I stayed, and I mentioned to her that I was not late in leaving at all, then she gave me 20 minutes to get out

I recently stayed at Swissotel and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The service was bad. The room was another major letdown. It looked tired and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture was worn out, and the carpets were stained. It was hard to feel comfortable in such an uninviting environment.
