Swissotel Lima

What a great hotel! We stayed in this hotel for few nights and everything was just great. Friendly staff, superb breakfast and service, good rooms, its in nice and secure area. Our luggage didn't arrive with us, so we were without it for 3 days. Staff were amazing trying to help us. They helped us call airport, everyday they checked on us. Would definitely recommend it.

This review is solely on the SPA located in the hotel. As I did not stay here. The spa was overall wonderful, I got a massage and facial. The massage with Sue was absolutely fantastic she did an amazing job. Extremely professional and so sweet. My facial was with someone else and honestly it wasn’t as wonderful as my massage. The girl giving my facial would interrupt the facial with stepping out, she must have stepped out a solid 6 times. It’s like she wasn’t prepared with everything or she had something else going on. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in town again to get a body massage, not so much the facial.

We stayed in this hotel for few nights while on business and everything was just great. Friendly staff, superb food and service, comfortable rooms in a nice area of Lima. The pisco sours at the bar are incredible. A very memorable hotel experience.
