Relay was an exceptional housekeeper, known for her dedication, attention to detail, and warm personality. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every room was spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Her work was always thorough—floors gleamed, beds were perfectly made, and everything was neatly in place. Guests often complimented the cleanliness and comfort of the space, thanks to Relay’s hard work. She took great pride in her role and treated every task with care and professionalism. Her positive attitude and reliability made her a valued member of the team and someone everyone could depend on for outstanding results.

Wonderful 10 days for business trip. Hotel well located in Besiktas not far from the main Istanbul places. Highly professional staff, always friendly and going to the extra miles for the guests. A special shout out to Mr Merig Ceyhun at the lobby whom not hesitate to upgrade my stay onto a better category room. And also a thousand of thanks to the cleaning man in charge of my room (1234). Always smiling and really sympathic and professional. The room was clean everyday and it made our stay really comfortable. I did not have chance to say him good bye as our flight was on the middle of the night. I hope that the hotel management will give him my feedback and will express to him my thanks. The several restaurants employees are also amazing. They are all so professional and always trying to help the guests. The breakfast was a nice buffet with excellent local turkish dishes but also classical occidental meals. Breakfast time was really busy but the staff always manage to get you a table quickly. I will for sure come back again at Swissotel for my future trip to Istanbul. I felt at home during those 10 days.

We had just arrived in Istanbul after a long flight and were so grateful to land at Swissôtel The Bosphorus—what a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, and spacious. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly kind—especially with our daughter, which made us feel so welcome. The amenities are outstanding, from the spa to the fitness center to the serene outdoor spaces. We never felt rushed or overlooked; everything was handled with quiet elegance. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention—absolutely outstanding. Truly one of the best we have ever had: endless variety, top-quality ingredients, and something for everyone (and then some). A true highlight of our mornings. On our first evening, we dined at 16 Rooftop, which offered breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. Our daughter loved watching the boats glide by and the city lights twinkle. The food was exquisite, and our server, Busra, made the experience even more special. She was warm, positive, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience and a smile. If you are lucky enough to be seated in her section, you are in great hands. We are already looking forward to returning to Swissôtel—it truly felt like a peaceful, luxurious home base in Istanbul.
