Beautiful hotel, fantastic service. A little bit of a drive if skiing is your thing. In other words, you're not walking out to the slopes. But beyond that, it's a wonderful property

I had a wonderful holiday at Swissôtel — everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is perfect and peaceful, which made it an ideal place for relaxation and rest. The time I visited was especially calm and quiet, adding to the overall charm of the experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. A special thank you to Mohammed and Amer, who were incredibly professional and welcoming — they truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful atmosphere.

Disappointing Stay – No Air Conditioning, False Advertising, and Poor Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was frustrating enough to warrant one. Despite listing air conditioning on their website, the room only had heating. When I asked about cooling options, I was told to simply "open the windows." There are people walking and talking right outside all night, making it impossible to get restful sleep. What’s most frustrating is the assumption that the hotel can decide what temperature is “comfortable” for all guests. Everyone has different needs, and it’s not acceptable to mislead customers with false amenities. To add to the disappointment, the receptionist, Muhammed, was extremely rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns. Hospitality should be about listening and accommodating guests, not brushing them off. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel until they are honest about their amenities and improve their customer service.
