Swisstouches Hotel Amman

I would like to give a very high rating to this beautiful hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the hotel — every small detail was carefully considered to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels in my life, and this one definitely made it into my personal top five. Without a doubt, I already know where I’ll be staying on my next visit to Jordan: Swisstouches. My sincere appreciation to the amazing staff and the hotel management.

We stayed for just one night but had such a lovely experience! Everything was smooth and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time. I also want to give a special shoutout to the waiter Omar!! He was so kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and with such a positive attitude. Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at Swisstouches Amman! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional—staff were always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I was also very impressed with the food—the restaurant offers a great variety and the meals were delicious. A special thanks to Amer and Ali at the restaurant for their warm hospitality and excellent service—they truly made every meal a pleasure. Overall, a top-notch experience and I would definitely stay here again!
