Miriam at the front desk was outstanding. We had 3 rooms booked and she made our check in process so easy, very impressed! Great job Miriam. This is an excellent hotel in a very central location.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All of the staff was very friendly and is fluent in many languages, which is impressive. Ms Miriam and Ms Nada at reception checked us in and checked us out a week later and provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay that will not be forgotten. They gave us lots of information about the surrounding area which was very helpful as outsiders. The hotel breakfast was exceptional and well worth the cost. The room was immaculate, very clean and modern. I will absolutely stay here again on our next visit! Thank you all for the great service!

We had a good experience here overall. The rooms are well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good, especially the showers. We were also able to secure connecting rooms, which was a bonus for our family. The location is excellent for the touristic sights, being right next to the main Dam Square. The tram operates from the streets nearby and you can get to the main museums in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars available in the districts nearby. The hotel is a short 7-minute walk from the central station. Don't make the mistake we made and take a taxi from the train station. It is not necessary and the taxi drivers will rip you off severely. The road leading from the station takes you directly to the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially on reception. They were able to assist with all of our queries. I only had a couple of gripes. The rooms are not insulated for sound, so I had disturbed sleep at night from the busy road outside and the other hotel guests returning late at night without consideration. The road is very busy until late, so you will experience noise from the street and trams until well after midnight. The breakfast was well stocked and decent quality. The hot food was not kept particularly warm. Overall, I would recommend this as a good base for a tourist group.
