Swissôtel Clark Philippines

I recently visited the Swiss Hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone from the front desk to the bar staff was warm, attentive, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure our time was comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and handling requests quickly and kindly. The highlight of the hotel, though, has to be the pool. It’s not just large and beautifully maintained, but thoughtfully designed as well. Whether you’re looking to swim laps, relax by the water, or watch your kids splash around, the pool area delivers. The loungers are comfortable, the vibe is peaceful, and the poolside service is on point. It’s the kind of spot where you can easily lose track of time in the best way. Only down side was for the smaller people as the pool is quite deep and not everyone could sand in the pool but the step in area is great. The areas were modern, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. All in all, Swiss hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and truly outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will absolutely visit again if I had the opportunity.

There was a little confusion upon checking in but beyond that our stay was exceptional throughout our short stay. The room, pool, restaurant and lounge all exceeded our expectations. Spent majority of our time at the lounge where all the staff made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend your hotel to anyone checking in to this area.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Service was exceptional. The hotel staff did an amazing job of taking care of any needs promptly. The breakfast buffet was really robust with more than enough options. Would definitely recommend staying here. The gym could be a little bigger, but it was good. Very happy with my stay.
