I wanted to extend my sincere thanks for the excellent experience we had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and high standard of service provided by your staff. Your hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still offering a peaceful retreat. The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional—every staff member I interacted with was courteous and eager to assist. Most importantly, we truly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay all the more enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is located behind jingan temple and it is 3mins walk to the nearest metro. The room is comfortable and breakfast is good the only thing is the trainee staff in the breakfast area is not attentive. The trainee is not well train. When I ask for a new set up he just put the table mat on the table without the utensiles, the supervisor should pay more attention to the trainee. As for the check in. I had one trainee which is well train. She knows exactly what to do and very efficient. Overall stay is pleasant. Executive lounge is also well set up and managed.

Stunning. Well equipped, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff so, so. Business like, but not particularly welcoming (with the exception of the doormen). Hotel is in a great location.
