Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan

Had a short stay few weeks ago. I can tell the hotel was newly open. Check in was easy, very friendly staff. Room was spacious, comfy bed, great amenities. Had dinner at the restaurant, pasta was good, very fresh shrimp. Breakfast was okay, many variation in terms of food options, but some things they offer on the breakfast set menu apparently not available. Fresh juice was too watery. I can tell some of their staffs at breakfast are inexperience in dealing with guests. Pool looks good, they also have gym. Parking is huge too.

My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta last weekend, and I feel compelled to share our experience, particularly regarding the care extended to my father. He's elderly and uses a wheelchair, so comfort and accessibility are always our top priorities when we travel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff displayed remarkable professionalism and empathy. They were incredibly helpful in assisting my father in and out of the car, performing these tasks with efficiency and genuine respect. This significantly eased what can often be a challenging part of our travels. The service during breakfast was equally great. The staff were consistently kind and proactive in accommodating my father's needs, including his request for extra juice. These small gestures, carried out with genuine warmth, truly elevate the guest experience. Our room itself was truly commendable. Beyond being spotlessly clean, remarkably spacious, and well maintained, it also came equipped with comprehensive facilities that made us feel right at home. It featured an electric stove, a refrigerator, a dining table, and even complete dining utensils. This level of amenity was incredibly helpful for us, especially in preparing for my father's specific needs. We also enjoyed using the gym facilities, which were well-equipped and comfortable. Overall, our stay was profoundly pleasant and comfortable. The thoughtful and genuinely attentive service provided to my father made a significant positive impact on our entire family's experience. We are truly grateful for the care shown and would highly recommend Swissôtel Living Jakarta.

My family and I had a fantastic night at the Swissotel Living Jakarta, located in Mega Kuningan. My short staycation took place from July 16 to 17, 2025. Check-In During the check-in process, the staff was very humble. She handled all the things. We just sat down. We were upgraded from a Swiss Advantage Studio to a Swiss Advantage One Bedroom Apartment. This upgrade was helpful for my wife and me, especially since we have to carry three kids. Thank you so much; it was truly memorable. Dinner We also had an excellent Dinner at the Swissotel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. We ordered an à la carte dish, the Wild Mushroom Risotto, and the Creamy Penne with Grilled Salmon. The staff were beneficial and friendly. There are Wisnu, Maulina, Nicky, Alvia, Rendy, Randy, Hafiz, Dimas, and Wirayuda. Shout out to the Chef on Duty, Chef Rudi, who was very humble and full of service. He gave us a free snack and some Juices for my Kids. I had a brief moment to speak with Chef Rudy. He was in the Pullman Hotel Maldives before deciding to move back to Indonesia to be closer to his Family. Very thankful, Chef. Breakfast. The breakfast moment is no less remarkable. When my Kids ran out of the restaurant to find a table. Chef Rudy gave my Kids a cereal directly, with full service. Gave my wife and me two plates of Japanese food, one of the special foods at Swissotel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. My wife loves the makarel so much. All the food was flavorful. Shout out to all the team at the time Jia, Imas, Raihan, Elen, Mila, and Bima. To sum up, we are pleased that we made the right decision to choose The Swissotel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan for our brief vacation. All the facilities were perfect, the Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna, and the exceptional feature was the Jacuzzi with a sky city view. The checkout process was very smooth; we were able to late check out until 2 pm. Thank you, and it was a pleasure.
